SID BRIGHT

Sid founded Xtreme Speed Human Performance Center in 2003 and currently serves as its Director. He has over twenty years of experience in the strength and conditioning field.

Sid held positions at Texas Tech University as an assistant head strength and conditioning coach, assisting winning teams from the 1993 Lady Raiders National Championship team to working with the Tech football program that made several bowl appearances. He also served as the strength and conditioning coordinator for Covenant Health Systems, Sports Medicine department.

Sid has a Bachelors of Science, Physical Education from Lubbock Christian University, Lubbock, Texas. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has earned their highest level of certification: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
GABE HALL

Gabe is an athlete raised in the Lubbock area. Gabe's wide range of experiences during his athletic career has provided him with knowledge about what it takes to get to the next level in sports. While attending Coronado High School, he received a full football athletic scholarship to Texas Tech University. At Texas Tech,

Gabe played Receiver/Tight End from 2002-2003 and Offensive Line from 2004-2006. After receiving a degree from Texas Tech University, Gabe was selected as one of the top offensive lineman in the country by receiving an invitation and participating in the National Football League Combine.

During Gabe's NFL career, he signed contracts with two recent NFL Super Bowl Champions, the New York Giants in 2007 and the Indianapolis Colts in 2007-2008. Gabe has expanded his knowledge of athletic development under the guidance of Tony Dungy (Former Colts head coach), Tom Coughlin (Giants head coach), Mike Leach (Texas Tech head coach), Bennie Wylie (Texas Tech Strength coach), Martin Rooney (Performance Specialist and former U.S. bobsled team member) and many other well respected coaches.

Ruben is currently involved in his 12th year of professional baseball as an Associate Scout for the Anaheim Angels Major League Baseball Club. He is also the Baseball/Softball Operations Director for The Next Level College Promoters. Ruben just concluded his 5th year as an Assistant Baseball Coach in the Major Leagues this past 2009 season with the Baltimore Orioles. He very excited about being able to launch this great opportunity for high school athletes. He has reached the highest levels of baseball as an assistant coach and as a professional player. Ruben has coached many great players like Derek Jeter, Jimmy Rollins, Grady Sizemore, Victor Martinez, Omar Vizquel, CC Sabathia, Shane Victorino, Brain Roberts, Adam Jones, Nick Markakis and many others on Team USA, Major League Baseball, Texas Tech University and Galveston JC here in Texas. He has been involved with helping amateur players reach the next level for about 10 years now.

Ruben has scouted, coached and recommended several players into Division 1 NCAA & NAIA universities and top junior college programs, Major League Baseball and Team USA Baseball.
