Club Volleyball FAQs
WHEN ARE EVALUATIONS AND WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
We will have two Try Us Out clinics for 14&Under; October 29th at 2pm and November 2nd starting at 6pm at the Apex Event Center. These clinics are designed to give players the opportunity to try our club out by meeting some of our coaches and going through a typical practice before deciding if they would like to play for Next Level. Please note, our Try Us Out clinics will not give players an idea of what other players intend on playing with Next Level, as many of the ones that have already decided they are going to play for Next Level only attend the final evaluation on November 5th.
On November 5th, we will have our Team Placement for all 14&Under players at 1:30pm; this includes players 8 years old to 14&Under. Players wanting to play for Next Level will be required to be at Team Placement on November 5th and must turn in their USAV membership card, Commitment Letter and $200 Deposit prior to being placed on one of our teams. At the conclusion of Team Placement, players will be notified of what team they have been placed on.
For those 15&Up, we will have one Try Us Out date they can attend; October 29th at 4:30pm, then our Final Evaluation will be on November 5th at 4pm. For our high school teams, players will be evaluated on the 5th and at the end of the try out they will be notified of what team they have made. At that point, their USAV membership card, Commitment Letter and $200 Deposit are due. Players who know they will play for Next Level for sure can turn in their USAV membership card, Commitment Letter and Deposit prior to team placement if they desire to do so.
**IMPORTANT** ON NOVEMBER 5TH, ALL PLAYERS MUST BRING TO EVALUATIONS/TRYOUTS PROOF OF THEIR 2018 USAV MEMBERSHIP
